Dear Direct2Drive

You know who doesn’t have a 3-game-per-day purchasing limit? Steam. You know, your competition. They also have a better install experience (with no separate download manager, serial numbers, drm, etc).

So, I spent $15 on you tonight. But it was such a sad experience after Steam, I’m unlikely to come back for more games tomorrow, and VERY unlikely I’ll pay full-price when you come out with new games - I’d rather have a better experience with Steam or the xbox 360.

Next time, reconsider whether limiting my ability to give you money is a good idea.
